The Mighty Fish

I've not really had the ambition to write in this forum, as of late, and really the only reason I'm doing so is... I had some really nice fish and chips for my evening meal.

I've been hankerin' for The Mighty Fish for a few days now... today the opportunity presented itself, and I pulled the trigger.

But I'm getting ahead of myself.

I started my day with oatmeal, hot cereal. You may be tired of reading that I ate oatmeal for breakfast, but I'm certainly not tired of eating it.

For lunch M was not home, now, I'm not saying I'm helpless with her not home, but I will say that she exerts a good influence on me... what I'm trying to say is, I had oven chips for lunch. Plus water. I was supposed to eat left-overs.

Pah!

But the real excitement was during the evening meal. We went to Thirsk because the Tesco's there has the soda I enjoy... Fentimans... and the plan was to purchase evening meal fixin's at Tesco's, but I had another thought... The Mighty Fish. And chips. And peas. Make that two portions of peas.
